Making decisions about growing older is a task. It is a state of needing to make a choice, not wanting to make a choice about where we will live, and where we will die, as we age. Living independently at home and the choice of having a good and respectful death at home is a topic that that no one in the industry talks about but an area in which ECH plays a big role in facilitating. Our goal was start the conversation about what a good death is, while showing how ECH supports you to have a good life today.
We conceptualised, created and produced two TVC campaigns that tapped into both of these areas. The first TVC told the story of how ECH can be there until the very end and the second TVC focused on the holistic purpose and expertise of ECH. We used digital to underpin the deeper narrative of the TVC, and to holistically tell the complete ECH story through compelling visual and copy, including longform, to complement the entire ECH narrative.
We put ECH front of mind, with increased brand equity that inspires aging South Australians to want to remain living independently. We drove strong consideration for ECH as being the right provider to make this happen. As a result, ECH became the leader in connecting with aging South Australians and the campaign achieved 8 craft awards in the 2021 Advertising and Design Awards.
